Manufacturer / supplier warranty
Coverage, exclusions, repair/replacement decisions and turnaround are controlled by the relevant supplier or manufacturer terms for the specific product.
TTV workmanship / support
Where TTV performed installation or configuration, the quotation or handover should define the agreed workmanship/support scope separately from the hardware warranty.
